AEBA-XDR -- Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"AEBA-XDR" means the Agent Event Behaviour Analysis platform provided by CyberSecAI Ltd. "You" means any person accessing the Software.

2. Proprietary rights

AEBA-XDR is proprietary and confidential. All intellectual-property rights remain with CyberSecAI Ltd. The Software is patent supported.

3. Demo licence

CyberSecAI grants You a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, 24-hour licence to access the demo environment for evaluation only.

4. Prohibited conduct

You shall not (a) scrape, crawl, or automate access; (b) reverse-engineer or train any competing model on outputs; (c) disclose screenshots or qualitative observations publicly without consent; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) use the Software for or in any competing product.

5. Instrumentation and watermarking

Every response embeds a unique tenant identifier. Access is logged and watermarked for trace-back.

6. No warranty

Provided "as is". Demo uses synthetic data only.

7. Liability

CyberSecAI's aggregate liability shall not exceed GBP 100.

8. Governing law

Laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Termination

CyberSecAI may terminate access at any time. Sections 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 survive.
